The four-motion concept is a starting choice. Bill can propose fewer, more, or different movements without losing the original decision.

Manufacturing HOLD
Waist, head and shoulder development is in progress. Physical fit, hardware, print setup and assembly validation remain open.
What is being shown?
R85 is the default static review: 34 meshes converted from the existing STEP-derived tessellations, with original placement and checked hashes. The earlier 23-part assembly is available as a clearly labelled historical option. Waist shell closure failed; the rejected shell and unattached backing ring are excluded. Hardware, fastening, installed fit, loads and manufacturing remain unqualified.
Texture coverage is partial. P02 regions are proposed mesh regions; all 12 sampled nonzero motion poses had contact. The character concept mode combines those regions with the existing R81 waist allocation. All 16 original-height waist poses also had contact; no working mechanism or print release is implied.
Historical engineering evidence · R88
Waist boundary checks advanced.
The fixed 2,225-face source region was partitioned and independently checked while preserving the original character surfaces. Boundary checks passed within that defined region.
R88 is a surface diagnostic. The waist shell is not closed. Installed clearance, working motion and print readiness remain unvalidated. The latest completed CAD shown here remains the 34-part R85 study.

Legacy mechanism studies
Earlier R85 34-part study and historical 23-part trial assembly. These preserve earlier design ideas and training; they are not the finished Beer Man mechanism. Fit, physical motion and manufacturing remain unapproved.

Filename, source and size notes
NO_MUG identifies the body. BW02 identifies the verified source body. C01 identifies this catalog. 50K means 50,000 faces; 50% means 57,140 faces. All percentages refer to the 114,282-face mug-free body.
Each STEP reopened as one valid AP214 solid with the expected face count and matching vertex coordinates. All STL readbacks are closed, consistently oriented and show zero selected self-intersection faces. Existing BW02 hand-contact closures are retained.
Inches shown, original frame preserved. The full body's native height is 69.16 in. No resize is applied; reduction can slightly change bounds. This is a separate BW02 body catalog from the older 36-inch R7 character. Physical calibration, final print size and Bill's desktop/production acceptance remain pending. Manufacturing HOLD.

Learn the method. Reuse what is proven.
Developing Beer Man teaches the team how to capture design intent, write useful prompts, test results and preserve decisions. Approved patterns can become reusable scripts and project instructions for parallel character development.
This learning is documented project knowledge. It does not imply that a model automatically retrains itself, or that faster results are already measured.
