Your shorthand for the workshop

B-code.

Tell GO3D what comes next with a few short commands. Review the plan, then run the supported steps in order.

BESPOKE named routines · Beta

Use Ask GO3D as your cloud helper. It is an AI assistant, not Bill or a live person. Speak or type a specific part, operation, amount and units. Your confirmed actions stay in the existing controls.

In B-code, enter a supported script, name it First article review, then choose Save named routine. You can also run and verify a full batch, enter a name, and choose Save completed run as B-code. The saved shorthand contains the exact commands from that successful run. In Ask GO3D, say or type run "First article review". The app loads the script and reviews it against the current project. Check the plan and choose Run reviewed batch yourself.

Only a fully completed batch with a verified result for every command can be saved from its run. Stopped or partial batches cannot be saved this way. Named routines stay on this device. A routine saves commands, not source CAD or a project backup. Unsupported requests such as automatic print certification stop with guidance.

Start with an example.

Look, save, prepare a file.

SELECT ARM-A
CENTER
SAVE PROJECT
EXPORT STL

This prepares a review mesh. The export report tells you which geometry checks passed; a review STL is separate from a print-approved model.

Try a small cut change.

SELECT HEAD
CHECKPOINT "Before trial cut"
MOVE HEAD +2 mm
SAVE PROJECT
EXPORT STEP

Review the 2 mm movement before running. A recovery checkpoint must succeed first. The STEP belongs to the selected revision and is downloaded only after its checks pass.

SELECT HEADChoose head, torso, arm A/B, leg A/B, or all.
MOVE HEAD +2 mmMove head, waist, arm A/B or leg cut by a signed distance in mm or in, within the model limits.

CHECKPOINT "Name"Save a named design checkpoint.
SAVE PROJECTPrepare and request a complete-project download.
EXPORT STEPGenerate/check a selected review STEP, STL or DXF and request the matching download.
GUIDE CUTOpen a guided goal. Other goals: inspect, component, measure, drawing, export, save, surface, settings or request.

Take your named routines with you.

Open Back up or restore routines and choose Download routine backup. If downloading is unavailable, choose Show backup text and copy the JSON. On another device, choose the backup file or paste its text, then Restore routines. Every command is checked first. Identical routines are skipped; a name with different commands stops the restore so the earlier version is preserved. Restoring does not run commands or replace your current draft. Keep the separate complete-project file for geometry.

Stay in control of the batch.

One command per line, up to 24 commands. Lines beginning with # are comments. Speak can prepare a draft on supported browsers; say “then” between commands and check the transcription before running. Editing the draft clears its previous approval.

A failed operation stops later commands. If the design changes outside the batch, review it again. Stop after current step lets the current operation finish and prevents the next one. The batch record shows what actually completed.

B-code controls GO3D review tools; it is not printer G-code. The MAKER kit keeps registration, watertight-body checks, slicing and a configured printer connection as distinct steps. Native SolidWorks acceptance and manufacturing approval remain separate.
